How do I place an order?
All retail orders must be placed online via our site, if you would like to find a retailer near you please email us and we will let you know if there is a stockist in your area so you can shop in person.

Payment and Shipping
We accept major credit cards and PayPal, shipping is free on all retail orders in the USA. Shipping for overseas orders is calculated and the actual rate of shipping is charged. For an overseas shipping quote please feel free to contact us.

How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours and depending on what part of the country you are in, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you. Overseas shipments can take 2-6 weeks depending on the location and shipping options.

Returns & Refunds
Product may be returned for any reason within 30 days, if a product is defective we will ship a replacement product or refund the purchase amount. Shipping any returns for any reason other than a defect is the responsibility of the purchaser and we will not refund the cost of return shipping. All returns for any reason must receive an RA number that can be requested by contacting us.
